can you elaborate on why you are interested in those numbers? what exactly do you mean with 'space'?
execution time will be more easily determined if you run it locally (that way you'll have more control on potential queuing time)
There is just no way you are going to be able to match NCBI's compute resources locally so as @lieven said you will need to do your own testing with hardware you have access to.
