Shine Dalgarno Sequence identification
Hi there, could any of you please enlighten me how can I find the exact shine-dalgarno sequence of a specific bacterial gene. It seems like many bacterial genes do not have the classic AGGAGGU consensus sequence in their 5'UTR region. Is there any database or software tool available to find this region?
