Cosmetic Ingredient Gene Expression Database
Hi All,
Does anyone know of any public or proprietary databases that contain microarray or RNAseq data of effects of cosmetic ingredients on gene expression of skin cells (e.g. keratinocytes, fibroblasts, etc.)?

Most gene expression data are available in either ArrayExpress or GEO. Searching GEO for cosmetics returns hundreds of data sets. Not all of them may be relevant but that's a start.
Thank you. I was hoping to find something specifically curated on individual ingredients - maybe wishful thinking.
