How to get gene name from Metahit / IGC data
Hi,
Does anyone know how could I get gene name from Metahit and/or Integrated gene catalog (IGC) data? Such databases use unique gene name (e.g. MH0103_GL0048897, V1.FI15_GL0108491) unlike common names used in public databases. So any idea how could I retrieve common gene name from those uniques names?
