How should I input CNV files and mutation files into R to run ABSOLUTE? Respectively or integrated?

I am now trying to run the ABSOLUTE, but I am quite confused how should I input my files (both CNV files and mutation files). Should I integrate them into one plain text? Please give me an example!

Please draft your posts to follow etiquette on scientific forums. Exclamation points are not good etiquette, and in the context you've used them, can come across as rude and demanding. Also, imperative statements (ones asking people to do something, such as "give me XYZ" or "answer quickly"), are also not good etiquette. The content should ask questions politely, not make demands.

I understand if there's a language barrier, but online communication needs a lot of care.

No need for us to give you examples. The examples can be found after a quick search with a search engine: http://software.broadinstitute.org/cancer/software/genepattern/modules/docs/absolute/2#exampledata

Good luck.
