Gene Expression time series data
Hello, I am completely new to bioinformatics. I am currently working on this data https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE39445 I am troubled with downloading and arranging the data.I need the processed data. Q1>In NCBI it says processed data are in the sample table. what does it mean? there is a table shown in the page.are the table contents only source of processed data? Q2> are the ID_reff and gene symbols in the platforms identical and in order? Q3> I need the gene symbols and their expressions in all the samples.Is there a way smart way to get my data arranged?? Thanks in advance.
