Gene ID conversion of Rosetta generated unique probe identifier
Hello,
I am using data which was processed using the Rosetta Resolver system. I would to convert the gene ID (ID_REF, Rosetta generated unique probe identifier) to Ensemble gene ID.
In DAVID ID conversion they don't recognize this annotation.
What can I do?
The data was taken fron GEO (Sample GSM156555)
