How to convert non-model organism micro-array probe ids to gene ids?
Hello everyone,
I am trying to do some micro-array data analysis study of this data. When I try to get expression data of this data-set using GEO2R. I get the list probe ids as result. How can I convert or match to get the gene symbol or ids.
Is there any way to convert probe ids of non-model organisms?
