Differential correlation between pathways

I have a list of pathways that I get from differentially expressed genes using MSigDB, all with FDR value <0.05.

Is there any way to find a correlation between the pathways?

What do you mean by correlation between the pathwyas? If you are looking for common genes or heat map of genes of all pathwyas, do a leading edge analysis in gsea
