Can anyone clear this question as I am not getting the right answer over the internet. Thanks in advance.

A gene regulatory network, as the name implies, is a network (i.e. a directed graph) in which the nodes are genes and the edges represent some form of regulatory action of one gene on another (usually activation or repression). A protein-protein interaction graph is typically an undirected graph where the nodes are proteins and the edges represent physical interaction (i.e. binding) although sometimes other forms of interaction can be included (e.g. genetic interactions). Note that often proteins are actually represented by their genes in protein-protein interaction graphs.
