What data-analysis methodology to apply to explore gene regulation mechanism?

I would really appreciate your valuable suggestion on this below query:
I have tissue sample (blood is also available). I am looking to explore motor gene regulation mechanism using any of the methods like WGS/transcriptome/Methylation/HIC. Also, we can take into consideration that, 1000 genome database can give information on genome polymorphism.

motor gene regulation mechanismrefers to exactly what? Is there a specific disease/condition you are interested in addressing.This question is entirely unclear. Are you asking for how to get from blood to a complete understanding of motor gene regulation? That's just unrealistic.
It's not exactly unrealistic, I think it'd just take a few paid full time position scientists working on it for a few years. I don't think crowdsourcing to the forum would be useful for the OP.
