I have posted a series of videos on Long Read Genome Assembly, using widely used tools such as Shasta, Flye, Canu, WTDBG2 and Miniasm. The series also include detailed explanation of various assembly statistics such as N50, NG50 etc and compare the assemblies using QUAST. It also includes videos about error correction tools such as Racon, Medaka, Minipolish etc. We will also explore various QC tools in this series. These are for beginners.
