How does Popoolation deal with heterozygous SNPs?
Dear all,
I am currently working with pooled RAD-seq data and used Popoolation for SNP calling etc. I know the software has its own built-in method to call SNPs but I was wondering how it accounts for heterozygous SNPs?! Unfortunately, I cannot find information about it online....
Any help would be highly appreciated! Thank you!
