One way:

Go to PDB advanced search. --> Click on Homo sapiens link next to pie chart --> Next page that opens up, Under Reports select `list selected PDB ID's" --> A new page should open with PDB ID's --> Save the page or copy/paste into a new file.

Hint: Experiment with combinations under View and Reports to see additional options for download.
