Launching IGV within Java IDE (NetBeans)?
Hi all!
I am currently new to the bioinformatics field and would like to launch and debug IGV (open source genomics viewer) using a java IDE. I understand IGV uses gradle instead of ant to build which I have installed. I have Java 8 installed and am running on macOS.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
