Ya thanks. I have studied the article. Is there a database to know exactly which genes are expressed in sperm cells? In this article expression of genes are compared between fertile and infertile patients. but i need to know all gens that has expression in sperm cell...
I don't think there is one.
Spermwas not one of the sample types selected in Illumian bodymap, TCGA, GTEx or other commonly available large public databases.oh, thanks for your guidance.
Up to my knowledge there are no database with information on gene expression in sperm samples. But you can make use of published articles/study by analyzing the deposited sperm samples.
