cellular countermeasures in cells against mutations

Hello Biostar community As we all know , there are multiple countermeasures in cells against abnormal RNAs like Nonsense mediated decay(NMD) etc. Is there a database which can suggest us the possible effect of mutation in cell and also countermeasures which confronts them?

See this link for human cells:

Is there a database linking cell lines and mutations?

There is an article from 2009:

Rate, molecular spectrum, and consequences of human mutation

There is a book:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK21578/

with a chapter: Mutations: types and causes.

That last part is pretty condescending, I think. OP mentioned NMD, I'm sure they know how to get to a wikipedia link for it.
