cram.cip format ???

Hi all!

Does someone know how to manipulate cram.cip files. I ve never seen before this type of extension (.cip).

I tried to convert them to bam using cramtools, but the format is not recognized.

The files are coming from ebi.

Hello, These .cip files are encrypted from EBI and should be decrypted using the key specified in the original download request. Hope this helps.
