I'm not sure you can find it, i just know the case of 5S RNA which is in centromere part. The is no specific coordinate in chromosome like chr1:XXXXXXX if it's what you want ? But we know it's on chr3 4 and 5 , the think is we can't be more accurate for the moment limited by the reads length and repeat assembly region.
