People that have experience with SPAdes, is it a normal stage that is just time-consuming or maybe something is stuck and abnormal? Id does not show any sign that smth is happening. The script is running on one core only (It is set to run on 24 originally). It showed very detailed log for about every hour or so regarding the progress at the earlier stages. And now this is just stuck showing for 12h:
General (extenders_logic.cpp : 34) resolvable_repeat_length_bound set to 10000
The step is STAGE == Distance Estimation, which if I collect correctly is one of the final stages.. Does it sound familiar to anyone and it is a normal stage that is just time consuming? Or might it be that smth is wrong with the assembly process?
