If OMA is run on a two part stage. For the second stage, does this need to be one continuous run, or does the ortholog_milestone.drw.gz cache exactly where it left off if the job dies before the end?

One part that takes a long time is clarifying that all parts are good and done, e.g.:

X vs Y done, (150677/150677)

Is this done only once and then it is Cache that all files have been checked?
