Annotation to Btau_5.0.1

Hi,

Could you tell me when can I find an annotation file to Btau_5.0.1 genome. In Ensembl database, only annotation for older version and to UMD3.1 are available.

I think the Bos taurus representative genome is transitioning from the UMD 3.1.1 assembly (it is the same as UMD 3.1, less some contaminant contigs) to the ARS-UCD1.2 assembly. As far as I know, Ensembl did not enter BTau 5.0.1 into its annotation pipeline, even though Btau 5.0.1 is supposedly better than UMD 3.1.1. ARS-UCD1.2 still hasn't been annotated by Ensembl, it NCBI annotation is here:
