Enrichment Tool for Mouse miRNAs

Hello everyone, I am looking for a tool to do miRNA enrichment analysis. I have found many tools but they only accept human microRNAs but I need this tool for Mus musculus.

Are there any tools like that?

Indeed, your best bet is to use miRNAtap, a program which supports rat, mouse, and human, and that takes an aggregate of mir interaction databsaes for the purposes of deducing mir-to-gene targets.
