Looking for BAM files of the mm10 genome

Hi,

I'm looking for BAM files and their GTF files to test the featureCounts program. I would like these files in the mm10 genome (Mus Musculus) and if it's possible not a too big file but smaller BAM files. Where can I found this ??

A lot of public data is available in fastq (or sra) format. If you align this to mm10 you'll have your test data set :-)
