UCSC can search for the gene expression of different kinds cancer by https://xena.ucsc.edu/welcome-to-ucsc-xena/.

May I ask is it possible can search for the expression of miRNA in different kinds of cancer by this link?

Looks like it is possible to search for expression of miRNA as long as the study has that data. See this example of miRNA in TCGA prostate cancer data.
