Forum:Is there a way to filter biostars tags?

When I click the "ALL" link at the top of the page in biostars, I find a list of all tags (~15200) in biostars. Although this list is browsable, I do not see a way to search the tags. The search bar at the tags page searches the whole site. Was wondering if there is a way to filter the tags only.

That's a good feature idea. There's currently no way to search the available tags and as you mentioned there are a LOT of tags already. In general the tags on this site are not terribly well utilized, which is something we've occasionally discussed amongst the moderators on slack. Hopefully whenever a new version of biostars appears someone will come up with a good solution to this.
