Hi,

I want to create .embl file from gff3 of a fungi strain.

I want to know transl_table (or gcode) that must be used for fungi

for bacteria I find transl_table 11 that is used. but for fungiI have no idea

You can check the codon-usage database here. You may be able to search for the fungus you are working with (or at least find a close relative) in the database.
