CNV analysis with BirdSuite

Dear all, I struggling to use BirdSuite version 1.5.5. I got this error message : "FATAL ERROR: Don't recognize option: 'mem-usage' ". According to their faq, they recommend use APT version 1.8.6. However, I only found the newest version of it (apt-1.21.0) on the Affymetrix website. So my question is : how can I find the older version of APT ? I need it urgently . Many thanks

Yes, from the Broad Institute's FAQ:

APT version, this time I'm serious!

Affy constantly changes APT around. A new bug has come up where apt crashes because they removed the mem-usage flag: FATAL ERROR: Don't recognize option: 'mem-usage' The answer is still the same. Use an approved version of APT.

I could neither find 1.8.6 but have contacted Affymetrix / ThermoFisher about it.

Thanks Kevin for your efforts. I found another version of APT at sourceforge.net . the apt-1-10.2 seems to be suitable as at it was suggested in the Broad Institute's FAQ.
