num_threads option of blast+ was unusable after rmblastn installation
Dear all!
Today I tried to install rmblast software in my ubuntu server (version 14.04) for RepeatMasker software and correspondent installation was successful, while I can't use "num_threads" option of BLAST+ after rmblastn installation. The error message was listed here:
Error: NCBI C++ Exception:
"/home/ginsea/Biosoftware/rmblast/c++/src/corelib/ncbiobj.cpp", line 925：Critical: ncbi::CObject::ThrowNullPointerException() -Attempt to access NULL pointer.
I don't know what happened, anyone can help me ?
