Difference of parallel Mrbayes results between SUSE and Ubuntu

Hello everybody

I have tried to perform parallel Mrbayes on Ubuntu and SUSE server, but I got difference topology trees with common data and command, the correspondent parallel software was MPICHI2. I don't know what happened, so need you help, thanks all.
