Seurat identify clusters associated with two time points in tSNE plot
I have two time points ScRNAseq data for day 2 and 5 generated in 10X genomics. When I generate tSNE plot Can I identify clusters associated with day 2 and day 10? Any suggestion. Seurat help is sending automatic messages that no one is available and are traveling.
