Identify driver mutations instead of genes

Hi all,
I have come across several methods that predict driver genes given mutation data. Can anyone point me to a tool that identifies driver mutation instead of genes? I mean to say, if I have a maf file of mutations, then for each variant in the maf, how confidently can I say that its a driver mutation?
