format of gene family file in mcscanx
can anyone let me know the format of gene family file in mcscanx toolkit. i'm trying to plot collinear genes using family_circle_plotter. i'm able to plot genomic synteny but failed to plot gene family synteny into a genomic synteny background.

I am able to rectify the issue by changing the format of the gene family file which is a tab delimited file.
