Pac ID : definition and where to find

I am doing a Potato transcriptome. I would like to do mapman I need to find the PAC id. Where Can I find the Pac Id for potato?

Visit BioMart hosted at Phytozome.

  1. Select Mart --> Phytozome 12 genes and families
  2. Select --> Phytozome 12 Genomes
  3. Filters in left column --> Select Organism (right pane) --> Solanum tuberosum
  4. Attributes (left column) --> Expand Features (right column)
  5. Select PAC ID (anything else you need)
  6. Click on Count button at top of page (~39000 entries as of now)
  7. Click Results --> Select the type of file you want (tsv, csv etc)
  8. Save file to local desktop.

Thanks @genomax. You have save me so much of wandering to get the PAC IDs. I wonder if there is a way to download specific transcripts only (instead of whole database) based on the uploaded query file
