MAKER annotation pipeline output

I have a quick question that I cannot seem to find on the internet. I am using MAKER to annotate fungal genomes, and I was wondering if there is a way to change where the output directories are created?

Have you checked maker -h or maker -help to see if there is an option to specify a different output directory?

I did, but it does not seem that the option exists. Oh well, thanks anyways.
