Use vcf file phased for LDhat
Hi all,
I have 28 phased VCF file(For 28 chromosomes), So, I want to use these VCF files to analyze LDhat.
I want to know how to use a VCF file for LDhat? Or, in other words, what changes should be made to the VCF file so that it can be used as an input file for LDhat?
