How to get pathway ID (map ID) by pathway name
Hello,
I have list of pathway names from pathway analysis from MetaboAnalyst, and want to get their associated mapID. Would you please advice me if there is any way to do that by coding.
KEGG.db has "KEGGPATHID2NAME" but what I need is exactly the reverse option.
