Error in SCRATCH Suite - dataset.pro not found

I've run SCRATCH Suite (SSPro, ACCPro), downloaded from here, but an error message is displayed saying that SCRATCH did not found file "dataset.pro", although directory in which this file should be is created, and has user permissions for accessing.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
