User's $Home/.dmrc file is being ignored. Error message How can I solve it?

When I did something that wrong command line .

/home/username directory is gone!!!:(((((((((((((((((((

​only /home is exist

Computer rebooting message => User's $Home/.dmrc file is being ignored. This prevents the default session and language from being saved. File should be owned by user and have 644 permissions. User's $Home directory must be owned by user and not writable by other users.

My OS is Linux-mint.

I tried

sudo chown username /home/username
chmod 644 /home/username/.dmrc
sudo chown username /home/username/.dmrc

but never gonna be restore my /home/username...

How can I solve this terrible problem? All data is in the /home/username/Documents. Please help
