Hi

I installed xampp in ubuntu 14.04 to develop a local webserver for performing the variant calling from whole genome data. I wrote a python script to run the variant calling steps and all the script and php files are kept in htdocs folder. I run the python script from webpage by starting xampp. The python script runs for some time and stop exactly at the Picard markduplicates step. It wont give any error but it stops running from Picard Markduplicates.

I restarted xampp several times and changed the file name of the script and ran the script but no use.

Can anyone help me to troubleshoot this.
