LEON PARALLELISING Using MPI (C++)

My work is to parallelise Leon by MPI using C++. The available MPI codes are written in c only. So can you please refer me a c++ code of MPI. Leon may give a better compression if it is parallelised using c++.

next-gen

what is "leon" ? according to the first hit in google/wp : "Léon Montana is an Italian hitman"

I agree, except the tool itself, there is no connection to bioinformatics in the question. Also, the more general question has already been answered on SO here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/26726951/c-mpi-standard-3 I think that post can be summarized as: there is no c++ bindings in the MPI 3 standard, but you have to build your own, it is fine to call C functions from C++.

Hello anjalipradeepu!

We believe that this post does not fit the main topic of this site.

This does not look like a post that is specific enough to bioinformatics, see my other comment for a solution.

For this reason we have closed your question. This allows us to keep the site focused on the topics that the community can help with.

If you disagree please tell us why in a reply below, we'll be happy to talk about it.

Cheers!
