Forum: Unsolved Topics in Bioinformatics

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to work on bioinformatics related projects and hopefully can proceed in publishing the work. Now, the problem that I'm facing is trying to figure out what are the unsolved topics or topics that still very hot in bioinformatics that are not yet solved that I can contribute to? I would really appreciate it if you point me to the right directions or any source that can help me with the latest topics that are in trends in bioinformatics?

You may be approaching this in entirely the wrong way...

If you want to understand what is needed in a particular field, first you have to understand that field, i.e., first understand what has already been done
