Converting .hic file into edge list
Dear All, I want to make a edge list using .hic file whose come through hicup and juicer tool. I have no idea how to make a edge list using .hic. If anyone have any idea please share to me. Thanks for help.

How is the data arranged in a HIC file? - can you paste it?
