how to get yeast's transcriptomic and genomic data

Where can I get the transcriptome and genome data of the yeast?

I need this data because I am going to learn bioinformatics by practically solving sample problems. Currently, the specific problem I'm gonna solve is the integration of transcriptomic data with genomic data, using eQTL (in R 3.4.3).

Any advice/comment will be highly appreciated!

While you can get "transcriptome and genome data of the yeast" from many places, you can start with Ensembl's yeast genome page.

If you need ready made sequence/annotation/aligner index bundles the look at Illumina's iGenomes page.

If you are looking to get actual experimental data (as in raw sequence) then you can look for that at EBI-ENA or NCBI SRA.

Term yeast is quite broad. For example, for S. cerevisiae you can search data in a specific database https://www.yeastgenome.org/

For pathogenic yeasts you have Candida genome database http://www.candidagenome.org/

And FungiDB is a database of many other yeasts http://fungidb.org/fungidb/
