principle componenet analysis of microarray data in r
hello biostars, I want to do principle componenet analysis of gene expression microarray data,data contain 4 sample for normal condition and 5 sample for disease state. samples are present in coloumn and gene id presented in rows. i have already normalized data using rma algorithm.Give me probable solution how to do this using r. thaking you.
