How to calculate mutation ratio
I am sequencing breast cancer gene and normal gene for breast cancer BRCA 1 and BRCA2. How to calculate the mutation ratio or value between these two genes? Also any open source tool available?

What have you tried? Can you define mutation ratio for me please?
I have used contiguous pattern mining for healthy and breast cancer data sets. Also I have sequenced exon 11 for chromosome 17. I have calculated the difference between normal pattern n BRCA
