How to use a Mr Bayes Plugin in Geneious program
I am using the MrBayes plugin to generate some trees but based on the model selection test in jModel Test, I should use the GTR +G+ I model for one tree and GTR+G for the other.. These are not options in the Geneious plugin, so I was looking into how to use them, Anybody could help ? I would appreciate a lot
