Deltaaic Phyml/Mrbayes

Hello,

jModelTest tells me my best model is TIM1+I+G with an AIC of 58750.6, the third best model is the famous GTR+I+G has a deltaAIC 1.28.

Can I just use GTR+I+G, since it is supported by both programs? or do I need to somehow define the custom model of TIM1+I+G in both PHYML and MrBayes?

I am not really sure how to define custom models, Adrian
