Hi dear one,

I want to find the interoperonic regions with any gene finder, my guide suggested molquest GUI software. I treied all the way in my ubuntu 14.04 but i could not install successfully! Is there any alternative? p.s. I am new to bioinformatics and job given to me is RNA-seq analysis in prokaryotes!
