Looking for Bioinformatic (NGS analysis) server setup literature

Dear Biostar community.

I need to setup an NGS analysis server in my lab (16 core CPU Fujitsu Siemens AMD64) and using Ubuntu-Server 14.04. Can anyone please recommend useful (your favorite) literature to setting up and maintaining a linux server?
